Bonney Brook is a ten unit HUD 202 senior affordable housing project located along Kent Road in Cornwall, Connecticut. The latest design standards and requirements of the HUD 202 program along with universal design elements that allow for building and site spaces and elements to be aesthetically and functionally as usable as possible by all, regardless of their age or disability were incorporated into the design.
